We’ve taken the undoubted advantages of 1-2-1 personal training and combined it with the positive benefits of training with other like minded people in a small social group and created a unique 12 week weight lose, fitness and wellbeing program.
The program held in our private studio provides each individual participant with a more personalised focused and effective workout whilst being part of a small group brings support and encouragement from your trainers and fellow members.
- Private initial meeting with your Personal Trainer to welcome you, discuss your goals and get you started.
- Private closed group weight lose workouts with like minded people.
- Personal food diary analysis sessions with your Personal Trainer.
- Weekly body composition analysis.
- Private 1-2-1 progress and goal setting meetings with your Personal Trainer.
- Full access to Xercise Fitness Haxby’s gym and studio.
How is Group Personal Training different to other classes?
The Private Closed Group P.T. Programme differs to ordinary group fitness classes as the class size is restricted, your goals agreed beforehand and progress is regularly monitored ensuring you continue to improve and progress.
With different workouts each session and using a format that works your body in the most efficient way, you can achieve massive fitness and body shape improvements.
